SMS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These SMS Terms and Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern text messages sent by or on behalf of RRS Staffing Solutions LLC (“RRS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By opting in to receive text messages from RRS, you agree to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Program Description

RRS provides conversational and employment-related text messages to applicants, employees, prospective employees, clients, and other individuals who have consented to receive them.

Messages may include:

• Responses to questions or requests

• Available job and assignment information

• Application and onboarding updates

• Interview information and reminders

• Assignment confirmations and scheduling updates

• Workplace, payroll, travel, safety, or operational information

• Other information related to your relationship with RRS

RRS will only send messages consistent with the consent you provided.

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive text messages by providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively agreeing to receive messages, including by selecting an unchecked consent box on an RRS website form or through another documented consent method.

By opting in, you authorize RRS to send text messages to the mobile number you provided. Messages may be sent using an automated telephone dialing system or other automated technology.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment, applying for employment, purchasing goods or services, or receiving staffing services from RRS.

You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and that you are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with RRS, your employment or application status, available assignments, scheduling activity, and the nature of your requests.

RRS does not guarantee that any specific number of messages will be sent.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile-service plan. RRS does not charge a separate fee for participating in its SMS program.

Contact your wireless carrier for information about your messaging and data plan.

5. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from RRS.

After you send STOP, RRS may send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive messages from the applicable SMS program unless you subsequently provide renewed consent.

Where supported, you may reply START to resubscribe.

You may continue to receive non-SMS communications from RRS when permitted by law.

7. Supported Carriers

The RRS SMS program may not be available through every wireless carrier or on every device. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and network provider.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. RRS cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered.

8. Mobile Number Changes

You agree to provide RRS with a valid mobile number. If your mobile number changes, is reassigned, or is no longer active, you should opt out before discontinuing use of that number and notify RRS of the change.

You are responsible for any messages received by a person who obtains a mobile number that you previously provided to RRS if you did not notify us or opt out before the number was reassigned.

9. Privacy and Mobile Information

RRS respects your privacy. Information collected through the SMS program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at:

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text-message originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except vendors and service providers that support the operation and delivery of the RRS messaging program. Those providers may use the information only to provide services to RRS and may not use it for their own marketing purposes.

10. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to participate in the RRS SMS program.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the SMS program to:

• Send unlawful, threatening, abusive, or fraudulent communications

• Impersonate another person

• Interfere with the operation or security of the messaging service

• Transmit malicious code or content

• Violate any applicable law or regulation

RRS may suspend or terminate messaging access when reasonably necessary to protect the program, its users, or RRS.

12. Availability and Termination

RRS may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of its SMS program at any time. RRS is not responsible for interruptions caused by wireless carriers, telecommunications providers, equipment failures, network outages, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

13. Changes to These SMS Terms

RRS may update these SMS Terms periodically. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Your continued participation in the SMS program after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated SMS Terms. If you do not agree to an update, you may opt out by replying STOP.

14. Governing Law

These SMS Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law or another applicable law requires otherwise.
